Chopped spinach, cream cheese, yogurt and
seasonings are combined to make a simple, yet delicious dip.
Best Spinach Dip
- 1 (9 to 11-ounce) package frozen chopped
spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Place all ingredients in blender and process
until smooth.
- Chill several hours before serving with
vegetables or chips.
Yield: 1 2/3 cups.
