Cheese and Chile Beef Dip.

Rich, creamy and beefy. What more could you ask for in a fun dip? Serve this at your next party or treat your family to something different.

Cheese and Chile Beef Dip

2 (11-ounce) packages Classic Meals Creamed Chipped Beef, defrosted according to package directions
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese - divided use
1 (4-ounce) can ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles
2 tablespoons chopped onion
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (10-ounce) package tortilla chips
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, chiles, onion and garlic powder in medium bowl. Add creamed chipped beef; stir well. Transfer to a 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish; top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until dip is bubbly and cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips and/or corn chips.

Makes 6 servings.
