- 2 cups (8 ounces) Wisconsin
Colby cheese, cubed
Apple chunks, grapes, dates
2 cups (8 ounces) Wisconsin Swiss cheese, cubed
Melon chunks, orange sections
1 cup (4 ounces) Wisconsin Fontina cheese
Pineapple chunks, strawberries
2 cups (8 ounces) Wisconsin Colby cheese, cubed
Pear chunks
2 cups (8 ounces) Wisconsin Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
Apricot chunks, kiwi slices
1 cup (4 ounces) Wisconsin Gouda cheese, cut in wedges
Grapes, apple chunks
- Alternate cubes of Wisconsin
cheese and pieces of fruit on individual skewers.
- Arrange skewers on large
platter.
