
Serve this yummy cottage
and blue cheese dip chilled, with vegetables or crackers.
Cottage
Blue Cheese Dip
- 1 1/2 cups (12 ounces)
cream-style small curd cottage cheese
1/3 cup (2 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons cream
Paprika, for coloring
- Beat the cottage cheese
with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients,
and mix well. (More cream may be added for a thinner dip.)
- Serve chilled, with vegetables
or crackers.
Makes 2 cups.
