blend of flavors. It is sure to be a hit.
Crab-Spinach
Dip
- 1 (9-ounce) package frozen
creamed spinach
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8-ounce) package crab meat
3 green onions, chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
Toasted baguette slices
Tortilla chips
- Thaw creamed spinach in
microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) 5 to 6 minutes; set aside.
- Combine all ingredients
in a large bowl; stir well. Spoon into a greased shallow 1-quart
baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350°F(175°C)
for 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Serve with toasted baguette
slices or pita chips.
