
These spicy deviled eggs
have a deliciously creamy filling made with media crema, a Mexcan-style
thick cream.

Eggs
- 2 MAGGI Cumin Flavor Seasoning
Cubes, crushed
1 tablespoon hot water
12 large hard-cooked eggs
1/4 to 1/3 cup NESTLÉ Media Crema
1 medium tomato, seeded and diced in small cubes
1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
- Mix crushed seasoning
cubes and water in medium bowl until dissolved; set aside.
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
Remove egg yolks and stir into dissolved cube mixture; mash well
with fork or hand mixer. Mix in media crema, tomato and jalapeño.
Stir until creamy. Spoon into egg whites.
Makes 12 servings.
