Easy
Brie Munchies
- 1/2 pound Wisconsin Brie
cheese, softened
30 round tortilla chips
Garlic powder
1 small avocado, peeled, seeded and cut into 30 1/4-inch thick
slices
1/2 cup picante sauce
- Spread soft Brie cheese
evenly over each tortilla chip. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Gently toss avocado slices
with picante sauce. Place one avocado slice on each chip. Top
with 1/2 teaspoon of remaining picante sauce.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C)
for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
Makes 30 servings.
