Ham, turkey and cheese pinwheels served in an easy cream of broccoli sauce. This innovative dish can be served as a hot appetizer or as an luncheon entrée.

Ham and Cheese Turkey Rolls

2 ounces ham, sliced
2 ounces Swiss cheese, sliced
1 pound turkey, sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of broccoli soup
1/3 cup milk
2 green onions, sliced
1/8 teaspoon thyme
  1. Divide thinly sliced ham and sliced Swiss cheese on thinly sliced turkey. Roll up from the narrow end and secure with toothpicks.
  2. In a medium skillet over medium-low heat, add turkey rolls in hot oil, cook for 5 minutes, or until browned.
  3. In a small bowl combine cream of broccoli soup, milk, sliced green onions, and thyme. Pour over the turkey rolls, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.
