Hot artichoke dip is always a party favorite,
this easy recipe will be all the proof you need.
Hot Artichoke Dip
- 2 (15-ounce each) cans artichoke hearts,
drained and chopped
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small onion, finely minced
- Assorted crackers and/or crusty baguette
for accompaniment
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine all ingredients, and spoon into
a buttered 8-inch square baking dish.
- Bake until bubbly and lightly browned,
approximately 45 minutes.
- Serve warm with assorted crackers or slices
of a crusty baguette.
Makes about 4 cups.
