Chicken wings are dipped in butter, coated
in seasoned Parmesan cheese and baked until golden and crispy.
Parmesan Chicken
Wings
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
2 pounds chicken wings, cut up
1/2 cup melted butter
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine Parmesan, parsley, basil, salt
and pepper together and place in shallow bowl.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the melted
butter, then roll in the cheese mixture, coating well. Place
on a greased baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, turning about
halfway when browned.
Serves 4 to 6.
