Your guests will love these delightfully sweet bites of crisp celery pieces stuffed with a mixture of peanut butter, cream cheese and white chocolate.

Peanut Butter Celery Snacks

4 stalks celery, washed, dried and sliced into 1-inch pieces
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup cream or crunchy peanut butter
1/4 cup milk
  1. Prepare celery; refrigerate.
  2. Place chocolate chips in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 30 seconds to 1 minute or until chips are melted when stirred; cool slightly.
  3. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter and milk in small bowl until fluffy; mix in melted chips.
  4. Spread chocolate/peanut butter mixture in hollow of each celery piece. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.
