No baking required for
these yummy strawberry treats!
Frosty
Strawberry Yogurt Squares
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
or frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 cups whipping cream
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 carton (16 ounces) plain or vanilla yogurt
2 cups broken crème-filled chocolate cookies
- Mash strawberries; stir
in sugar. Set aside.
- Whip cream until soft
peaks form. Add powdered sugar; beat until stiff peaks form.
Fold in yogurt. Spread 2 cups of mixture onto bottom of 8 or
9 inch square baking dish. Top with cookies.
- Fold berries into remaining
whipped cream mixture. Spread over cookies. Freeze until firm.
- Remove from freezer 20
minutes before serving.
