Chili Brisket Corn Bread Bake.

This quick and easy recipe makes a satisfying meal the whole family will enjoy.

Chili Brisket Corn Bread Bake

2 packages Tyson® Braised Beef Brisket with Mild Chili Sauce
1 box corn bread mix
2 cups Pace® Corn and Black Bean Salsa
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Remove clear wrap and sleeves from brisket tray. Empty contents into a large casserole dish and set aside.
  3. Prepare corn bread according to package directions; set aside to cool.
  4. Layer salsa and a half cup of pepper jack cheese onto the brisket in the casserole dish. Top with slices of corn bread and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes and serve.

Serves 4.
