makes a tantalizing first course or hors d'uvre.
Sirloin
Satay
- 1 pound Certified Angus
Beef® sirloin steak, sliced across the grain into 1/4-inch
strips
1/4 cup Lea & Perrins® Worcestershire Sauce
- Marinate steak strips
in Worcestershire Sauce for 30 minutes.
- Thread strips onto skewers.
- Grill about 1 minute per
side or until desired doneness.
