A luscious, sparkling apricot, chocolate and vanilla ice cream soda.

Apricot Soda

1 (12-ounce) can apricot nectar or 1 1/2 cups orange juice, chilled
1/3 cup pre-sweetened cocoa powder
Vanilla ice cream or ice milk
Carbonated water or ginger ale, chilled
  1. Stir together the apricot nectar and pre-sweetened cocoa powder; pour into 3 chilled tall glasses.
  2. To each glass, add 1 or 2 scoops of ice cream or ice milk; stir gently to mix.
  3. Slowly pour about 2 cup of carbonated water or ginger ale down the side of each glass.
  4. Serve immediately.
