Start your day off with
this creamy, wheat germ-fortified banana smoothie.

Smoothie
- 1 cup plain yogurt
1 ripe banana, sliced
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- Additional banana slices
(optional)
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Chopped peanuts (optional)
- Combine all ingredients
in blender container. Cover and blend until smooth and frothy.
- Garnish with whipped cream
and chopped peanuts or a banana slice.
Makes 1 serving.
