A berry blue twist on a holiday nog!
Blueberry Eggnog
- 1/2 cup pasteurized egg product
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons honey
- Nutmeg for sprinkling
- Place all ingredients
into the container of electric blender and blend on high until
smooth. Serve immediately
with a sprinkling of nutmeg.
Makes 2 servings.
