Whirl up this quick and easy blueberry
and orange smoothie for a refreshing start or pick-me-up treat.
Blueberry Orange
Whirl
- 1 (12-ounce) package frozen blueberries,
unthawed or 2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 (8-ounce) container low-fat vanilla
yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Place all ingredients
into the container of electric blender and blend on high until
smooth. Serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings.
