- 1 (6 to 8-ounce) container
plain or strawberry yogurt
- 1 cup fat free milk
- 1 packet Classic French
Vanilla Flavor CARNATION® BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS Complete
Nutritional Drink
- 1 banana, cut into pieces
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
or oat bran
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Place yogurt, milk, Carnation
Breakfast Essentials Drink, banana, honey, wheat germ and ice
in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
