This cantaloupe and berry
smoothie is a quick and healthy way to start your day!
Cantaloupe
Raspberry Shake
- 2 cups cantaloupe chunks
1 to 2 tablespoons raspberry jelly or preserves
2 cups raspberry frozen yogurt
- Place cantaloupe and jelly
in blender container. Cover and process on high power until smooth.
- Add frozen yogurt; cover
and process until blended.
Makes 3 servings.
