with this silky cherry-yogurt shake.
Fresh
Cherry Smoothie
- 2 cups fresh cherries,
stemmed and pitted
1 cup crushed ice
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Combine cherries, ice,
yogurt, brown sugar and vanilla in a blender. Process at high
speed until smooth, about 2 minutes.
Makes 2 servings.
Tip: If too thick, add
some milk.
