Smoothie
- 1 cup low-fat yogurt
1 cup pineapple juice
5 fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled
1 banana, peeled
1/4 cup ice cubes
- Combine yogurt, pineapple
juice, strawberries, banana and ice cubes in a blender.
Process until smooth and serve in chilled glasses.
