Try something sweet, creamy
and different...a hot strawberry ice cream malted!

Strawberry Malt
- 3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon instant malted milk powder
2 cups strawberry ice cream
Vanilla ice cream (optional)
- Stovetop Directions: In
a small saucepan stir together the milk and malted milk powder.
Stir in 1 cup of the strawberry ice cream. Cook and stir over
medium heat about 5 minutes or until ice cream is melted and
mixture is hot.
- Divide remaining ice cream
between two (12-ounce) mugs. Pour the hot mixture over. If desired,
add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream to each mug.
- Microwave Directions:
In a 4 cup nonmetal measuring cup combine the milk and malted
milk powder. Stir until powder is dissolved. Add 1 cup of the
strawberry ice cream. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 3 to
4 minutes or until the ice cream is melted. Continue as directed
above.
Makes 2 servings.
