A creamy and sparkling
coffee-flavored ice cream punch.
Mocha
Punch
- 1/2 gallon Neapolitan
ice cream, softened
3 cups cold strong coffee
1 cup half-and-half
1/4 cup maraschino cherry juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 (28-ounce) bottle club soda
- Spoon softened ice cream
into punch bowl. Add all other ingredients except club soda.
Stir until ice cream is dissolved. Add club soda just before
serving.
Makes 25 servings.
