Orange Nog Cappuccino is
a simple, yet festive wintertime coffee beverage with a kiss
of orange zest.
Orange
Nog Cappuccino
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup double-strength
hot brewed coffee
- 3 tablespoons purchased
or homemade eggnog
- 1/4 teaspoon finely grated
orange peel
- Place milk in small saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly to create foam, until
milk is hot. Using large spoon to hold back foam, pour milk into
a mug. Stir in coffee and eggnog. Top with foam. Sprinkle orange
peel over top.
Makes 1 serving.
