
These apple berry croissants make a quick
and easy elegant dessert.

Berry Croissants
- 1 (12-ounce) package frozen
escalloped apples, prepared according to package directions,
chilled
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon finely grated orange peel
4 bakery croissants, split
1/8 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Sweetened whipped cream
- Combine escalloped apples,
orange peel and blueberries. Spoon into split croissants.
- Dust lightly with powdered
sugar and cinnamon; top with whipped cream.
