2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2/3 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan; set aside.
  3. Combine flour and baking soda; set aside.
  4. In a large mixing bowl cream together butter and sugars. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and mashed bananas.
