A recipe for a yeast-risen cornbread with
blue cheese for bread machines.
Buttermilk Blue Cheese
Bread
- 7/8 cup water
3 tablespoons buttermilk powder
2 cups bread flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- Place ingredients in the bread machine
pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
- Select Basic bread cycle, and start machine.
Makes a 1 pound loaf.
