An Italian-seasoned yeast bread with roasted
red bell pepper and Parmesan cheese. A recipe for bread machines.
Roasted Red Pepper
Cheese Bread
- 3/4 cup water
1/3 cup chopped roasted red bell peppers
1 tablespoon butter, softened
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 1/4 cups white bread flour
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- Place ingredients in the bread machine
pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
- Select Basic bread cycle and start machine.
Makes one (2 pound) loaf.
