Bored of plain oatmeal?
Try a bowl of cinnamon-scented oats and chopped apple cooked
in apple juice.

Cinnamon Oatmeal
- 3 cups apple juice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1 apple, peeled and finely chopped
- In medium saucepan, bring
juice, cinnamon and salt to a boil; stir in oats and apple.
- Return to a boil; reduce
heat to medium. Cook for 5 minutes for until most of juice is
absorbed, stirring occasionally.
- Cover and let stand for
5 minutes or until desired consistency.
Makes 6 servings.
