Breakfast never tasted so good! An orange and cinnamon-scented apple and blueberry filling is topped with an oat crumb topping. Serve topped with vanilla yogurt.

Apples 'N Berries Breakfast Crisp

Filling:
4 cups thinly sliced peeled apples (about 4 medium)
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries or mixed berries
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Topping:
1 cup quick or old fashioned oats
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Vanilla yogurt for accompaniment (optional)
  1. Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square glass baking dish with vegetable shortening.
  2. For Filling: Combine all ingredients in large bowl; stirring to coat fruit evenly; spoon into baking dish.
  3. For Topping: Combine all ingredients in medium bowl, mixing until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over fruit.
  4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until apples are tender.
  5. Serve warm topped with vanilla yogurt, if desired.
