Serve this tasty cheese and bacon baked
omelette with, sweet mufffins, fresh fruit and mugs of steaming,

Baked Cheese and
Bacon Omelette
- 6 large eggs, beaten
2/3 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 green onion, sliced thin
3 slices bacon; cooked and crumbled
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Whisk together eggs and milk. Stir in
seasonings, cheese, onion and bacon.
- Melt butter in a 9-inch oven-safe skillet.
Pour egg mixture into pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until set and golden.
Serve immediately.
