Shrimp Quiche with Swiss
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie
crust
- 1 cup cooked shrimp
1 cup (4-ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
2 large eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup milk
2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill weed
1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 400°F
(205°C).
- Layer shrimp, cheese and
green onion in pie crust.
- Combine eggs, mayonnaise,
milk, dill and salt in a small bowl; mix until thoroughly combined.
Pour into pie crust and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until center
is set.
