German
Pancake
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 cup milk
6 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 400°F
(205°C)..
- Combine flour, milk, eggs
and vanilla beating until smooth.
- In a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan
pour melted butter until bottom of pan is coated. Pour batter
over the melted butter.
- Place pan in oven and
bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until pancake is puffed and golden.
Makes 4 servings.
