Sourdough
Pancakes
- 1 cup Sourdough Starter mix
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 large egg
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- Mix together sourdough
starter mix, flour, egg, oil, evaporated milk, salt, baking soda,
and sugar. Let the mixture bubble and foam a minute.
- Lightly grease a hot griddle.
Drop the batter by 1/4 cup onto the griddle and cook until light
brown, turning once.
Makes 4 servings.
