Coconut Marshmallow
Cake
- 1 (10-ounce) bag Jet-Puffed® toasted
coconut marshmallows
1 (18.25-ounce) package cake mix, any flavor
- Cut each marshmallow in half.
- Line the bottom of a greased and floured
13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish with the prepared marshmallows,
cut sides down.
- Prepare cake mix according to the package
directions.
- Pour batter over marshmallows and bake
according to package directions.
Makes 8 to 12 servings.
