Pineapple Angel Food
Cake
- 1 box angel food cake mix
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple
- Prepare the cake according to the directions
on the box EXCEPT use the pineapple (undrained) instead of the
water.
- Place in an ungreased angel food cake
pan and bake according to directions. How simple can it get.
I am going to try it with mandarin oranges the next time.
Makes 12 servings.
