This fun party cake is
cutely decorated with marshmallows cleverly cut-up to look like
daisies.

Daisy Cake
- 1 (18.25-ounce) package
white cake mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 (16-ounce) container prepared chocolate frosting
10 large marshmallows
- 5 miniature yellow colored
marshmallows
2 teaspoons colored sugar sprinkles
- Prepare and bake white
cake mix according to the package directions; this may require
up to 1/3 cup oil and 3 eggs.
- Cool and frost with your
favorite chocolate frosting.
- Cut across the flat side
of 10 marshmallows with scissors dipped in water to form petals.
Push outward and sprinkle the cut side with colored sugar sprinkles.
Cut 5 miniature marshmallows in half and place in the center
of each petal. Arrange on the frosted cake.
Makes 12 servings.
