This fun party cake is cutely decorated with marshmallows cleverly cut-up to look like daisies.

Spectacular Daisy Cake

1 (18.25-ounce) package white cake mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 (16-ounce) container prepared chocolate frosting
10 large marshmallows
5 miniature yellow colored marshmallows
2 teaspoons colored sugar sprinkles
  1. Prepare and bake white cake mix according to the package directions; this may require up to 1/3 cup oil and 3 eggs.
  2. Cool and frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.
  3. Cut across the flat side of 10 marshmallows with scissors dipped in water to form petals. Push outward and sprinkle the cut side with colored sugar sprinkles. Cut 5 miniature marshmallows in half and place in the center of each petal. Arrange on the frosted cake.

Makes 12 servings.
