Processed cheese makes
this the creamiest fudge ever...sounds cheesy, but this is really
good fudge and quite the conversation piece.

Fudge
- 1 1/2 pounds powdered
sugar
1/2 pound (8 ounces) Wisconsin Pasteurized Processed Cheese Spread
1/2 pound (1 cup; 2 sticks) butter, softened
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk
2 cups chopped nuts
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Place all ingredients
in a large bowl. Mix with hands. Pat into two buttered 8-inch
square pans. Chill.
- Cut into pieces approximately
1 1/4-inch square.
Makes 75 pieces.
