Yes, it would seem impossible that a chocolate fudge would have processed cheese spread in it, but this crazy fudge does and it's creamy...and it's good!

Impossible Fudge

1 cup butter
8 ounces processed cheese spread
1/2 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
2 (16-ounce) package powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
  1. Combine butter and processed cheese spread in the top of a double boiler. Cook over hot water until melted.
  2. Meanwhile, sift unsweetened baking cocoa and powdered sugar into a large bowl. Stir in the cheese mixture and vanilla; mix quickly.
  3. Spread in a buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish and sprinkle chopped pecans on top. Let stand until firm then cut into squares.

Makes 24 pieces.
