This no-cook fudge is so easy, kid's can
help make and knead it...with impeccably clean hands, of course!
No-Cook Chocolate
Peanut Butter Fudge
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1/2 cup coarsely chopped peanuts
- Butter an 8-inch square baking pan; set
aside.
- In large mixer bowl beat together peanut
butter, butter, corn syrup and vanilla. Gradually beat in half
the powdered sugar and all the cocoa powder. Stir in remaining
sugar.
- Knead mixture on a clean flat surface
until well blended and smooth. Add peanuts knead into the candy.
- Press fudge into prepared pan. Cut candy
into squares and store in tightly covered container.
Makes 2 pounds.
