This no-cook fudge is so easy, kid's can help make and knead it...with impeccably clean hands, of course!

No-Cook Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1/2 cup coarsely chopped peanuts
  1. Butter an 8-inch square baking pan; set aside.
  2. In large mixer bowl beat together peanut butter, butter, corn syrup and vanilla. Gradually beat in half the powdered sugar and all the cocoa powder. Stir in remaining sugar.
  3. Knead mixture on a clean flat surface until well blended and smooth. Add peanuts knead into the candy.
  4. Press fudge into prepared pan. Cut candy into squares and store in tightly covered container.

Makes 2 pounds.
