A super easy, super yummy chocolate candy bursting with mini marshmallows and roasted peanuts.

Peanutty Rocky Road

1 (12-ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
1 (6-ounce) package milk chocolate chips (1 cup)
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Dash salt
1/2 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  1. Line 8-inch square pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine semisweet and milk chocolate chips and microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 1/2 minutes; stir. If necessary, microwave at HIGH an additional 30 seconds at a time, stirring each time, just until chips are melted when stirred.
  3. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and salt; blend well.
  4. Fold in chopped peanuts and marshmallows.
  5. Spread mixture into prepared pan.
  6. Refrigerate until firm. Lift candy out of pan and peel off foil. Cut candy into squares.

Makes about 60 squares.
