Kiddie Kookies.

Kids will love to make these delicious scrumptious cookies! They’re easy for small hands to manage and Mom will love that no baking is involved. Created by Christine Churches of Commerce City, CO, these cookies combine powdered sugar, creamy peanut butter, semi-sweet chocolate, butterscotch flavored morsels and strawberries for a melt-in-your-mouth treat.

Kiddie Kookies

2 cups powdered sugar - divided use
2 cups creamy peanut butter
20 fresh strawberries, hulled
1 cup (6 ounces) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 cup (6 ounces) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Butterscotch Flavored Morsels
  1. Line baking sheet with wax paper.
  2. Place 1/2 cup powdered sugar in large bowl. Add peanut butter. Top with additional 1 cup powdered sugar. Use remaining powdered sugar to coat hands, then “squish” peanut butter and powdered sugar until combined. Form into 1 1/2-inch balls; place on prepared baking sheet. Press a strawberry into each ball.
  3. Place semi-sweet and butterscotch morsels into separate heavy-duty plastic bags. Microwave separately on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 1 minute; knead. Microwave at additional 10- to 15-second intervals, kneading until smooth. Cut tiny corner from bags; squeeze to drizzle over cookies. Refrigerate until drizzle is set.

Makes 20 cookies.
