Apple Pudding In
a Hurry
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 large egg yolks
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 (21-ounce) can apple pie filling
- Mix all ingredients together and bake
in a lightly greased 9 x 9-inch square baking pan for 50 minutes
at 325°F (160°C).
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
