With a ready-to-use pizza crust, this pizza practically makes itself. Just cook and crumble your favorite Italian sausage, shred the cheese -- the rest of the ingredients come straight from the cupboard. Makes a great "busy night" entree the whole family will love. Just add a simple green salad and a beverage. No need to ring the dinner bell...the aroma will gather 'em round the supper table quick enough.

Cheesy Sausage and Mushroom Pizza

1 (10-ounce) prepared thin pizza crust (about 12 inches)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded provolone cheese
8 ounces bulk Italian sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
1 (4-ounce) can mushroom pieces, drained
  1. Heat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Spread pizza crust evenly with sauce, one cup cheese, sausage, mushroom, and remaining cup of cheese.
  3. Bake directly on oven rack for 10 minutes, or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted.
