Fresh Tomato Beef & Bow Tie Pasta.

Add this recipe to your quick and easy list! A few minutes time and a few simple ingredients are enough to create a main dish that's sure to please!

Fresh Tomato, Beef & Bow Tie Pasta

1 pound ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups seeded and chopped tomatoes
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 cups bow tie pasta, cooked according to package directions
2 tablespoons sliced fresh basil
3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Brown ground beef with garlic in large nonstick skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is not pink, breaking beef up into 3/4-inch crumbles. Pour off drippings.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, salt and pepper; cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add pasta and basil; toss. Sprinkle with cheese.

Makes 4 servings.
