
An authentic blend of Asian spices adds
delicious flavor to fried rice.
Fried
Rice
- 3 tablespoons vegetable
oil
3 cups cold, cooked rice
4 green onions, chopped
1 (0.75-ounce) packet MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Fried Rice Seasoning
Blend
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- Heat oil in large skillet
over medium-high heat. Stir-fry rice and green onions for 1 minute.
Stir in seasoning blend and soy sauce.
- Push rice to one side.
Add eggs; scramble. Blend into rice. Add peas and carrots; stir
until heated through. Serve immediately.
