A homemade graham cracker crust tastes so much better than a store-bought one...plus it's quick and easy to prepare.

Another delicious recipe from our Family-Favorite Recipes Collection.

Graham Cracker Pie Crust

1 1/2 cups (12 ounces) fine graham cracker crumbs, or 21 graham crackers, crushed
1/3 cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons butter, melted
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar; add the melted butter and mix well.
  3. Press crumb mixture firmly onto the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate (using the back of a spoon makes this process easier).
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Cool completely before filling.

Makes 1 (9-inch) pie crust.

Flavor Variation: To make a cinnamon graham cracker crust, add 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
