Peanut Butter Chip
Crust
- 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
- 3/4 cup peanut butter-flavored chips
2 tablespoons sugar
5 tablespoons melted butter
- Put vanilla wafer crumbs and peanut butter
chips in food processor or electric blender and process until
mixture is well combined and fine crumbs.
- Combine crumb mixture with the sugar and
melted butter. Press crust mixture into a 9-inch pie pan and
chill until firm. Fill as desired.
Makes 1 9-inch pie crust.
