An easy creamy, fresh strawberry
gelatin pie.

Strawberry Pie
- 1 (3 1/2-ounce) package
strawberry gelatin
1 (8-ounce) container frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
(3 cups)
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
6 ounces strawberries, crushed
- In a bowl, prepare strawberry
gelatin according to the package directions. Chill until firm.
- In another bowl, mix half
the gelatin mixture with non-dairy whipped topping and sugar.
Pour into a graham cracker pie crust.
- Combine the remaining
gelatin mixture with crushed strawberries. Spoon on top. Chill
until served.
Makes 8 servings.
